While our accommodations do include just about anything you might require on your holiday or relocation, the accommodations do not include grocery items. We would like to extend to the opportunity for our staff to purchase some basic necessities for you to have on hand when you arrive at your accommodations. We will purchase the items for you and have them ready for when you arrive with perishables in the fridge and dry and canned goods in the cupboards.
The cost of our basic needs packages varies. We charge the cost of the items purchased and a service charge related to the time required to collect the items. If you choose on of our already priced packages, the cost is fixed. If you have a custom shopping list of requirements, we will simply charge you by the hour to source, purchase and deliver your items to your accommodations.
There are three tiers of basic packages that we can provide. Beyond the three set packages, if you require additional items or custom orders, you will be billed for the cost of the item and the time it takes to source, purchase and deliver it.
